We are trying our best to roll out the ADDA Apartment Management software for AAOAA by July 1, 2021


For Owners:


Request all the owners to download the ADDA app for Android or iOS today itself and login with your credentials. We are working hard to let you stay connected to your apartment, association, and neighbors from 1 July 2021. Once you login please update your personal details and if the apartment is rented out, add your tenant as a user with your recommendation to the moderator for approval.


For Tenants:


Get in touch with your apartment owner and ask them to add you as a user under the tenant category. Once you log in, please update your personal details (including contact/occupation/permanent address/vehicle details) in the profile without fail.


Request all of you to complete this process as soon as possible to make the roll-out process hassle-free.

Request your cooperation and patience during the implementation process. The data regarding payments/ outstanding etc will be available only after the implementation process.
