Because of this spread out nature of the community, they had multiple Help Desk supervisors, each of whom were in charge of a few clusters of buildings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ADDA gave this Community the perfect Online Helpdesk management system, which supported their unique setup. Using our advanced Helpdesk features they could configure their setup along with an effective Escalation Matrix. With implementation of <a href=\"https:\/\/adda.io\/blog\/2021\/01\/community-helpdesk\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/adda.io\/blog\/2021\/01\/community-helpdesk\/\">ADDA\u2019s Advanced Helpdesk<\/a>, resolutions to queries, complaints and maintenance requests become much faster resulting in delight of community residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Community_Alarms_using_ADDA\"><\/span><strong>Community Alarms using ADDA:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ADDA, our innovative <a href=\"https:\/\/adda.io\/association\/erpfeatures\/resident\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/adda.io\/association\/erpfeatures\/resident\">community management software<\/a>, also provided a solution for the Community\u2019s unique wildlife concern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central security team were enabled with the ability to send broadcast alarms to the residents when they spotted any elephants in the community.
