Senior Citizens<\/p>\n\n\n\n Exactly the profile of Respectable Apartment Communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Why MCs are at Risk?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Softwares like Mygate and Nobroker persuaded innocent MCs to upload EVERY Owner and Tenant\u2019s Contact Details on their site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In exchange they gave FREE Association Management software, Devices etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n MCs knew these softwares will send Ads and Spam to these Owners and Residents. MCs knew they had no control on the kind of Ads. <\/p>\n\n\n\n What followed were Ads including Real Estate, Insurance, Gambling.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Result: A number of MCs received Legal Notices to their Homes, from Owners for misusing their Information without their explicit consent.
