With best practices like composting and RRR (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), 60-75% of this waste can be prevented from going to landfills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also explained BBMP\u2019s fee structure: non-compliant bulk waste generators pay Rs. 12 per kg, while those with composting systems pay only Rs. 3.
