SMS will not be sent to numbers registered in NCCPR.<\/p>\n<p>2. SMS cannot be sent between 9 PM to 9 AM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How this will affect you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a. SMS cannot be triggered between 9 PM and 9 AM. Please do not send any SMS broadcasts \/ Due Reminder SMS during this period.\u00a0We will queue any SMS that is triggered from your ADDA in this slot &#8211; and will deliver them all after 9 AM the next day.<\/p>\n<p>b. The Helpdesk Ticket escalation checkpoint will be moved from 9 AM to 9:30 AM.<\/p>\n<p>c. Please send an SMS &#8220;STOP 0&#8221; to 1909 from the mobile Number, this will enable the Mobile Number to start receiving SMS from\u00a0 your ADDA again.<\/p>\n<p>e. To know if a number is registered in NCCPR use the below link<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nccptrai.gov.in\/nccpregistry\/search.misc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.nccptrai.gov.in\/nccpregistry\/search.misc<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please note we are working with NASSCOM to request a remedy from TRAI.
