With such a large community, effective management is no small feat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Until recently, the community relied on another society management software that fell short of their evolving needs. From communication overload to poor support and rigid systems, Prestige Tranquility faced several challenges. But their story took a turn with their decision to onboard <strong>ADDA<\/strong> \u2014 a decision rooted in trust, experience, and a proven commitment to excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Struggles_Before_ADDA\"><\/span><strong>The Struggles Before ADDA<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before switching to ADDA, Prestige Tranquility was navigating its operations with the help of <strong>another society management software<\/strong> &#8211; but the experience was not satisfactory.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here were the key challenges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Important Society Notifications drowned in Spam:<\/strong> The previously used Community App would be full of Spam, as a result of which Residents would often miss critical society announcements, resulting in chaos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lack of comprehensive ERP (specially Accounting features):&nbsp; <\/strong>The ERP system did not fully meet the community\u2019s expectations, particularly in accounting functions like expense tracking, reporting, ability to oversee budget, leading to use of manual processes, which resulted in errors and inefficiencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Release of critically needed product enhancements met with delays: <\/strong>Being a large community, Prestige Tranquility had some unique product needs. These enhancements that were important for day-to-day operations took longer than anticipated, affecting user experience and slowing workflow improvements. These delays also made it challenging for users to adapt the platform fully to their evolving needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Support not up to the Needs of the Community:<\/strong> Post-implementation, the support experience did not fully align with what residents and management had anticipated. Response times were often slower than expected, and communication occasionally lacked the clarity needed for swift resolution. As a result, some operational concerns remained unresolved longer than ideal, affecting overall efficiency and confidence in the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The result? With over <strong>2,300 homes<\/strong>, thousands of residents, and a backlog of data to recover, the transition was a massive undertaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%F0%9F%91%89Migration_Timeline_Process_Highlights\"><\/span>\ud83d\udc49<strong>Migration Timeline &amp; Process Highlights<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Data Recovery and Compilation<br><\/strong>The migration process commenced in early December, with ADDA\u2019s team working in close coordination with the on-ground staff at Prestige Tranquility.&nbsp;                                                                   A major challenge in this phase was the lack of accessible and structured data from the previously used software. Critical reports related to accounting and community management\u2014such as historical invoices, collections, and financial records\u2014were not readily available.                                                                                                 The management committee did not have direct access to essential data, including resident information, and had to rely on persistent follow-ups with the vendor to retrieve basic records. ADDA\u2019s team meticulously compiled and reconstructed the required data, laying the foundation for a successful migration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data Migration<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Following the compilation phase, ADDA executed a seamless migration of all core data elements. This included resident profiles, staff and vehicle records, helpdesk history, facility booking configurations, and security system integrations. Despite initial gaps in data availability, the team ensured a comprehensive and accurate transfer into the ADDA platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Training &amp; Support<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>On-ground batch-wise training was conducted for security staff. The ADDA team provided 24&#215;7 support, with on-site visits every 3 days during the critical go-live period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Go-Live Milestone<\/strong>                                                                                                                                            On January 13, Prestige Tranquility went live with ADDA.
