Here are the answers.<\/p>\n<p>To get the <a href=\"https:\/\/baf.org.in\/assets\/uploads\/knowledge\/attachments\/BAF_LegalGuidelines.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Owners Association Registration<\/a> before the Registrar of Societies the following\u00a0 documents are to be prepared:<\/p>\n<p>1. Proposal letter addressed to the Registrar of Societies for formation of Association duly signed by the Executive Committee Members.<br \/>\n2. Name of the Association.<br \/>\n3. Address of the Association.<br \/>\n4. Proceedings of the First General Body Meeting<br \/>\n5. Memorandum of Association<br \/>\n6. List of Governing Body\/Executive Committee Members, with their passport size photographs.<br \/>\n7.
