The Gulf Real Estate Awards is the most prestigious awards in the Real Estate Segment of UAE and GCC countries. It recognizes the advances happening in Real Estate and inspires the entire Industry to push forward and upward!<\/span><\/p>\n

Out of a very respectable 170+ Entries, ADDA is very proud to be one of the Finalists!<\/span><\/p>\n

In the category of “Best Owners Association Management Initiative” ADDA stood apart in its overall impact, being Owners Association and Resident centric, and displaying its sustainability in the challenging market.<\/p>\n

We were also inspired by the very impressive fellow Finalists – Kingfield, Mullak, LOAMS, Saga, Kaizen, Emaar etc.!<\/p>\n

The amount of learnings from each of them was tremendous! We were again bowled off by the way Kingfield had managed the emergencies in the towers it manages. It was a display of perfect teamwork, process execution and commitment to customers – even putting personal finances of the founder on the line when required!<\/p>\n
