{"id":4224,"date":"2014-01-28T19:23:26","date_gmt":"2014-01-28T19:23:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/apartmentadda.com\/blog\/?p=4224"},"modified":"2023-11-02T05:59:47","modified_gmt":"2023-11-02T05:59:47","slug":"introducing-scheduled-reports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adda.io\/blog\/2014\/01\/introducing-scheduled-reports\/","title":{"rendered":"Introducing Scheduled Reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;Dear ADDA Admins,<\/p>\n<p>Your ADDA Reports now have an additional automation feature &#8211; Scheduled Reports.<\/p>\n<p>You can now set these reports to be Emailed based on a set schedule to either a few members of the Management Committee, or Only Owners or All your members.<\/p>\n<p>Some usage scenarios :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vistiors who are still insider the complex report &#8211; sent to the Manager daily at 6:00 PM and to Secretary at 10:00 PM.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance Fee Defaulters, sent at the end of the month to All Owners&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Unidentified Credits, sent every Friday to All Users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Setting up Schedules is very easy.
