{"id":8120,"date":"2013-10-22T16:40:45","date_gmt":"2013-10-22T11:10:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/apartmentadda.com\/blog\/?p=3973"},"modified":"2023-11-02T03:47:43","modified_gmt":"2023-11-02T03:47:43","slug":"introducing-reserve-advances-allocation-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adda.io\/blog\/2013\/10\/introducing-reserve-advances-allocation-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Introducing Reserved Advances &#038; Allocation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Namaste Treasurers,&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On ADDA, Automatically allocating Payments to Open Invoices based on First In First Out Logic is highly appreciated &#8211; as it removes any manual errors, works seamlessly and does all the calculation for full\/partial allocation etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, there are a few scenarios where Automation does not work and you are forced to manually do the entries.<\/p>\n<p>An Owner, Mr.Rao takes care of paying Maintenance Fee for his flat.
