With Utility Tracker you could set a Grace Period<\/strong> and Simple Interest <\/strong>percentage for Utility bills – which is different from Maintenance Bills.<\/p>\n

Now we have introduced Automatic Interest Calculation<\/strong> in Utility Tracker too – yes – this is the "interesting" Enhancement we want to tell you \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Not only that, if you are uploading Gas Meter readings, then the interest gets calculated only for the Gas Bills. The Water bills interest component will not appear in the Gas bills – they are clearly segregated.<\/p>\n
