ELIGIBILITY 

This site is meant for registered owners of Eden park Phase1 and Tenants if authorised through valid documentation .

Only one tenant profile will be granted per flat as per lease agreement in that name only. Wherever the word Edenpark is mentioned in the site, it means Edenpark Phase1 unless stated otherwise.

MAINTAINING ACCESS

ADDA is a free service provided to users by ERWA and is funded by the maintenance funds collected from owners of Phase1. 

1. CHANGING THE USER NAME ONCE REGISTERED ( except for minor edits) is NOT ALLOWED AND WILL RESULT IN DEACTIVATION OF ACCOUNT.
2. User who use foul language or abuse others in forums or dont follow the norms set by Apartmentadda will be immediately barred from forums.
3. DONT USE THE RESIDENTS FORUM FOR COMPLAINTS OR FOLLOW UP ON MAINTENANCE - Use the HELP DESK Module in ADDA. RESIDENTS FORUM IS NOT FOR INTERACTING WITH Property manager OR ERWA - IT IS ONLY FOR INTERACTING WITH OTHER RESIDENTS
4. RESIDENTS FORUM IS NOT TO BE USED FOR ADVERTISING FOR SALE OR RENT OF FLATS - Use ANNOUNCMENTS module from ADDA Portal
5. Ensure maintenance dues are paid and the flat is not in default.
6. DONT SHARE ADDA login details with others.

VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE CAN LEAD TO PARTIAL OR COMPLETE DE ACTIVATION

ADDA is accessible through most browsers on a laptop or Windows as well as Android or iOS mobile app. Erwa helpdesk cannot assist users regarding the software but users can send a email from their registered email ID to support@3five8technologies.zohodesk.com and cc the ERWA help desk email ID optionally

1) View and pay your Dues to the Association online using ADDA gateway from anywhere in the world through internet banking or debit or credit card. Association has waived the gate way fees for internet banking. Below link will help you to pay.

8) View & contribute to our internal Vendor List.
