Introducing new Role: The CareTaker

Dear ADDA Admins,

In some of the rented Flats or Villas, the owners might have delegated the responsibility of overseeing the property to CareTakers. These Caretakers make sure the maintenance dues are paid on time, complaints are raised and serviced, and all important Notices are acted upon on behalf of the Owner.

Some of the ADDA moderators have created workarounds to accommodate these caretakers inside their ADDA.  Based on their feedback – we have created a new role : The CareTaker Role.

You can now create a CareTaker by going to Admin’s Dashboard > Manage Users > Access Control > CareTakers Tab, and assign one or more flats which they are associated with. Also you can choose which Resident Applications the CareTakers will have access to ( eg : You may give access to My Flat and Complaint Box only).

This feature has already been released and is available to both Basic and Premium packages of ApartmentAdda.
