The most utilized Application of ADDA – the Complaint Box gets a name
change. It will now be called HelpDesk – a more appropriate name for this
Application since a lot happens via the Complaint Box, that are not Complaints.
Here are the changes:

Complaint Tracker – HelpDesk Tracker
Complaints – Tickets

row h no u-7 in front of my house big cherry tree gives me trouble at night lots of watwagul birds came over their i & my family members cant seat in garden. as well as all row house front wall getting dearty badly pls. remove that trees & plant good trees
It is nice to see change of name to read as Help Desk.
