Dear ADDA Users,
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is enforcing a new regulation starting Sep 27th, 2011 ( Tuesday ).
1. SMS will not be sent to numbers registered in NCCPR.
2. SMS cannot be sent between 9 PM to 9 AM.
How this will affect you?
a. SMS cannot be triggered between 9 PM and 9 AM. Please do not send any SMS broadcasts / Due Reminder SMS during this period. We will queue any SMS that is triggered from your ADDA in this slot – and will deliver them all after 9 AM the next day.
b. The Helpdesk Ticket escalation checkpoint will be moved from 9 AM to 9:30 AM.
c. Please send an SMS “STOP 0” to 1909 from the mobile Number, this will enable the Mobile Number to start receiving SMS from your ADDA again.
e. To know if a number is registered in NCCPR use the below link
