Expo Village wasn’t just another project, it came with its own set of Challenges and Requirements. However, thanks to our exploration in Dubai’s real estate, ADDA found its way to Expo Village. This connection marked the beginning of an exciting journey.
Expo 2020 in Dubai, UAE, was the world’s largest cultural gathering, focused on Connecting Minds towards Creating a better Future. The Expo served as a global platform for countries, businesses, and individuals to converge and showcase innovations in sustainability, mobility, and opportunity.
Understanding the Needs
During our initial meeting with DWTC, they told us about their specific requirements that any other generic property management software couldn’t meet. However, ADDA distinguished itself as more than just any typical software – it was a solution crafted to give the Residents a Delightful Experience. Addressing diverse needs, ADDA emerged as the comprehensive solution DWTC had been looking for.
Deploying with Purpose
With DWTCs’ needs in mind, ADDA started its deployment. We began by addressing immediate needs, placing a particular focus on enhancing Help Desk Management – a critical aspect of Expo Village operations. We then slowly started deployment of other modules like Facility Booking, Move In Forms, Contract Management, Asset & Inventory and more.
Continuing our tailored approach, ADDA developed and enhanced specific features for DWTC. These enhancements include streamlined reporting capabilities, simplified contract termination processes, and efficient bulk contract uploads. A Master Report that offers essential property insights for efficient occupancy and contract management and many more.
Throughout the process, Our Team was focused on delivering tangible solutions that made a real difference.

Now, both the Commercial and Operations teams use the same software, making it easier for them to work together and share information. With the Commercial team managing tenant data, contracts, etc and the Operations team handling maintenance requests, our platform ensures streamlined operations on the ground. This helps them keep things organised and also makes the decision-making simpler.
