We have had an incredible 15 years of bringing our vision of Happy Community Living to reality.
We began our journey as ApartmentADDA with just 1 Housing Society in Bangalore, India. ADDA is now a part of 3,500+ Communities across the world.

The Inception – 2009
ADDA started in 2009 in Bangalore, India, with a mighty idea – An idea to make Community Management easier and more efficient.
This market then had software such as Common Floor and OneSolution that focused on Communication within the Community and were Free.
ADDA went a step ahead – It created a solution that not only made smooth communication possible between Owners, Residents and Association members/staff but also identified and solved the pain points of the Community management team of a Community.
It was the first paid community management software in the industry, showcasing its accountability and commitment to providing the best solution for Well-Run Residential Communities.
ADDA’s Growth
Initially, ADDA focused its operations on Communities and Societies in Bangalore. Within a year, ADDA was able to expand to more than 20 cities in the Country, including major cities like Mumbai and Chennai.
In 2013, ADDA successfully launched its own App for owners/residents, making ADDA’s services available at their fingertips.
ADDA faced heavy competition, especially from businesses providing free softwares, but many of these businesses were unable to sustain their business models and soon shut down.
ADDA’s Expansion
Around 2016 – The market saw many new entrants of businesses that focused on Gate Management.
ADDA had already launched their gate management system focused on the privacy of residents and guests – ADDA Gatekeeper, a tool that allowed Residents to track their visitors, domestic help and deliveries.
In 2017, ADDA got its foot in the door in the UAE market. Impressed by the robust and easy-to-use product, clean business model, ADDA soon started acquiring multiple new clients in the market – and expanded rapidly in the Middle East region. ADDA then soon expanded to Singapore in 2019.
In 2019, ApartmentADDA morphed into what we know today as ADDA.
The journey towards Innovation continued. ADDA came up with its own Dedicated Accounting tool, tailor-made for Housing Societies – ADDAbooks – as a replacement for generic accounting tools like Tally, and Quickbooks.
By 2021, ADDA gets a good hold of the global market by making a mark in Oman and Mauritius, and in 2023 ADDA branches out to the United States of America.
2024
ADDA becomes the only Housing Society Software in India that promises ZERO Ads and ZERO Spam.
ADDA continues to Rise High, with numerous solutions available for the benefit of Owners, Residents, Society Managers, and Management Committee members, focusing on its vision of Powering Happy Community Living on the Planet!
