To mark our 15 year milestone, we proudly presented the Community Visionaries Award to a few of our very first customers—forward-thinking housing societies that embraced digital community management when it was not a norm, like it is today.
Like true visionaries, these Communities, led by their Management Committee, not only adopted ADDA but also paved the way for the future – digital transformation of residential communities.

During our celebration, we had the pleasure of meeting their Hon. Secretary and Treasurer, who graciously accepted the Community Visionaries Award on behalf of the community. Visionaries: Oberoi Springs
We then made our way to Oberoi Springs in Mumbai, a premium residential complex in Andheri West. Oberoi Springs is renowned for its luxurious amenities and has been home to several Bollywood celebrities.
This community of 645 units has trusted ADDA for 13 years. It was a pleasure to reconnect and celebrate this incredible partnership.

The Visionaries: Sobha Carnation
Sobha Carnation in Bangalore, a premium residential complex located in Bellandur. Known for its high-quality construction and amenities, Sobha Carnation has been a part of the ADDA family for the past 14 years. The Hon. Treasurer accepted the award on behalf of the residents, marking a proud moment for all of us.

Next, we visited Sobha Nagasandra Apartments, a well-established community in Bangalore that joined ADDA 13 years ago. This residential complex is known for its well-planned infrastructure and vibrant community life.

The Visionaries: Shriram Samruddhi Apartments
The celebrations continued with Shriram Samruddhi Apartments in Bangalore, a residential complex located near Kundalahalli Gate. Known for its spacious apartments and community-centric amenities, Shriram Samruddhi has been with ADDA for 13 years.
We presented the award to the Hon. Secretary, Treasurer, and President of the Community. A particularly special moment was meeting their first President, the visionary who was among the set of decision makers instrumental in selecting ADDA as their community’s software partner.

The Visionaries: Ranka Heights
Finally, we visited Ranka Heights in Bangalore, a luxury residential project situated in Domlur. With 180 units, Ranka Heights offers a range of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. This community has been part of ADDA’s journey for 14 years. Presenting this award to their leadership team was a heartfelt experience, filled with stories and memories.
