🏡 The Community Super Heroes – Estate Managers
In our residential communities, the Estate managers are nothing short of super heroes – managing everything from resident complaints, maintenance of infrastructure like Lifts, Gym, STP, Generators, to Compliances and Financials as well.
While our Estate Managers play such a crucial role in maintaining our communities, there is no formal training, or certification which can help them with the tricks of the trade – they learn largely from experience. ADDA for many years now, has been arranging Estate Manager Workshops to help bridge this gap.
At the recently arranged Estate Managers Workshop 2025, organised in association with Bangalore Apartments’ Federation (BAF), 80+ estate managers and industry experts tackled real challenges—security issues, rising costs, vendor management, and more. The discussions were eye-opening, and we’ve made the key insights available for you!
