- Lack of comprehensive ERP (specially Accounting features): The ERP system did not fully meet the community’s expectations, particularly in accounting functions like expense tracking, reporting, ability to oversee budget, leading to use of manual processes, which resulted in errors and inefficiencies.
- Release of critically needed product enhancements met with delays: Being a large community, Prestige Tranquility had some unique product needs. These enhancements that were important for day-to-day operations took longer than anticipated, affecting user experience and slowing workflow improvements. These delays also made it challenging for users to adapt the platform fully to their evolving needs.
- Support not up to the Needs of the Community: Post-implementation, the support experience did not fully align with what residents and management had anticipated. Response times were often slower than expected, and communication occasionally lacked the clarity needed for swift resolution. As a result, some operational concerns remained unresolved longer than ideal, affecting overall efficiency and confidence in the system.

- Data Recovery and Compilation
The migration process commenced in early December, with ADDA’s team working in close coordination with the on-ground staff at Prestige Tranquility. A major challenge in this phase was the lack of accessible and structured data from the previously used software. Critical reports related to accounting and community management—such as historical invoices, collections, and financial records—were not readily available. The management committee did not have direct access to essential data, including resident information, and had to rely on persistent follow-ups with the vendor to retrieve basic records. ADDA’s team meticulously compiled and reconstructed the required data, laying the foundation for a successful migration. - Data Migration
Following the compilation phase, ADDA executed a seamless migration of all core data elements. This included resident profiles, staff and vehicle records, helpdesk history, facility booking configurations, and security system integrations. Despite initial gaps in data availability, the team ensured a comprehensive and accurate transfer into the ADDA platform. - Training & Support
On-ground batch-wise training was conducted for security staff. The ADDA team provided 24×7 support, with on-site visits every 3 days during the critical go-live period. - Go-Live Milestone On January 13, Prestige Tranquility went live with ADDA. Just two days later, they successfully raised their Common Area Maintenance (CAM) invoices — a major milestone.

Track and manage security deposits transparently, from collection to timely refunds, all within the platform. - Expense Tracker Setup: A month-wise template was created for past expense uploads, and the PT team manually entered remaining transfer details with ADDA’s assistance.
- Manual Data Completion: Due to limitations in the previous system, many records (like invoice comments) had to be manually added — a process supported end-to-end by ADDA’s team.
