As 2025 comes to a close, it is time to look back at a year defined by growth, innovation, and global expansion for ADDA. This year wasn’t just about new product developments that made your housing society’s operations smoother; it was a celebration of the communities we serve and the milestones we have achieved together.

A Year of Prestigious Recognition

The year kicked off with a major milestone as ADDA was honored as the Best PropTech ERP in India at the Economic Times Awards 2025. Our impact extended far beyond India, securing multiple wins in Dubai! Our commitment to excellence was recognized by some of the most prestigious names in the industry:

  • Best PropTech ERP in India – Economic Times Awards 2025.
  • Best Tenant Engagement Solution of the Year – World Realty Congress 2025 
  • Best Proptech Company of the Year (Silver) – World Realty Congress 2025 in Dubai.

But this wasn’t all. ADDA was also named a Gartner Category Leader, a Capterra Shortlist member, recognised as the Power Player of 2025 by REM Times, Dubai, and received the SoftwareSuggest Customer Choice award for 2025.

Expanding Global Footprints

In 2025, ADDA truly went global by assisting housing communities in managing operations, accounting, and visitor management. We onboarded landmark communities like Sai World Empire (Navi Mumbai) and Piramal Vaikunth (Mumbai) in India, while also adding the Four Seasons Residences and Venture Zone in Dubai.

Most notably, we expanded our reach to Congo with the onboarding of The Grand Residence, marking a significant step in our international journey. We also strengthened our presence in the USA by participating in the CAI National Expo in Orlando.

Innovation Through AI and Integration

We stayed true to our promise of building “one real problem at a time” by shipping transformative features:

  • AI-Powered Community Tone: Residents can now communicate more clearly and effectively using built-in AI.
  • Voice AI-enabled ADDA Desk: A multi-lingual solution, ADDA Desk is made to listen to and address residents’ needs.
  • Expanded Ecosystem: Our platform now boasts over 50+ integrations, including partnerships like Elmeasure and Mollak Unified Pay, to ensure smoother workflows for all.

Empowering the Community Ecosystem

Beyond technology, ADDA focused on the people who make communities work. We hosted Estate Manager Workshops and webinars for Treasurers to ensure professional financial management and community operations. We also celebrated a decade of collaboration with our network of over 200+ Accounting Service Partners.

In a gesture of gratitude, we launched an initiative to support our “Community Heroes,” providing all-weather umbrellas to security guards across ADDA communities to make their shifts more comfortable.

Looking Ahead

From generating 5.02 Lakh Crore in maintenance invoices per quarter to helping residents pay dues on time through automated reminders, 2025 has been a year of unmatched scale.
