While they are often titled “Security Personnel,” at ADDA, we see them differently: they are the Heroes at the Gate.
Small Gestures for a Big Impact
From the blistering heat of the midday sun to the sudden intensity of a monsoon downpour, these individuals are our communities’ first line of defense. They ensure our families are safe, our deliveries are secure, and our guests feel welcomed.
To show our appreciation, through The ADDA Gratitude Initiative, The ADDA team recently visited our partner communities to distribute high-quality, sturdy umbrellas to the security teams.
Our goal was simple:
To provide a bit of shade and a dry sanctuary, ensuring those who keep us comfortable stay comfortable themselves.
Why It Matters
ADDA was built to make community living smoother, but we know that “community” is all about it’s about the people who make the ecosystem breathe.
These guards are the power users of our Gatekeeper app; they are the human face of every security protocol. Providing these umbrellas was our way of saying:
