Note: below link is for Properties with no change in type of usage (REsidential/Comercial) or Occupancy ( Owner/Tenant) or Built-Up Area, from previous year’s Assessment Year.

STEP 1: Enter the SAS 2008-2009 Application Number, or the PID.
You will see the Name of the Owner of the Property.
STEP 2: Validate the Computation made.
Enter the BESCOM RR Number, which is available on your Electricity Bill.
Enter the BWSSB RR Number. This you will be able to find from your Society/Associaiton Office. Typically each Apartment Complex has one BWSSB RR Number, as there is one BWSSB (Kaveri) connection to the Apartment Complex. So if you cannot find this number, ask any other Owner in your Apartment Complex.
STEP 3: Validate the details and proceed to pay online.
STEP 4: You will receive the successful payment message.

STEP 5: Save the Receipt for your Filing.
You are done!
