self-sustained community that grows its own vegetables

Sharjah Sustainable City, is a pioneering initiative, similar in concept to Sustainable City in Dubai. It is a self-sustained community that grows its own vegetables and maintains a green environment. This community is not just about living but living sustainably, with every aspect of daily life designed to reduce the carbon footprint.

The ADDA Solution

During our initial discussions with the management team at The Sustainable City, several key pain points emerged. Here are couple of salient solutions which brought delight to the Community Management Team.

Digital Transformation: The community aimed to move away from manual processes like complaint submissions and form handling to fully digital solutions. This shift was essential to support their sustainability goals. ADDA’s comprehensive suite enabled the community to digitize all processes, from complaint handling to form submissions.

Defects Liability Period (DLP) Module: The ability to identify the Units and Service requests which should be considered as defects to be fixed under Defects Liability Period (DLP) for newly sold villas, and the Requests where DLP had expired, eradicated a lot of manual work for the Community Management Team.

It allowed the Owners Association Management Team to track the warranty services provided for certain amenities like solar geysers and lights. This feature ensured that the management team could monitor which units were still under warranty and which had expired, maintaining high standards of service and resident satisfaction.

Many other modules like Announcement Manager, Facility Bookings, etc. were also deployed as a part of the process.

The deployment of ADDA in The Sustainable City has been a significant success. The community has seamlessly transitioned to digital processes, effectively utilizing the DLP module to maintain operational efficiency and high service standards. The management team and residents alike have appreciated the ease of use and reliability of ADDA’s platform.

Conclusion

The collaboration between ADDA and Sharjah Sustainable City exemplifies how technology can enhance traditional and modern communities. As this truly Unique Community continues to pave the way towards a sustainable future, Together we are rewriting the narrative of community management.

We hope that the Owners Association Management Team and the Resident’s have a great time using ADDA.

Here’s to Another day, Another Happy Community.
