Expense Comparison Report – Where does your money get spent?
Large scale communities have annual expenses which run in multiple Crores.
Not having proper tracking and live visibility into Expenses can result in a leaky bucket situation, where hidden expenses can drain out lakhs of Community’s funds.
It is a best practice, not only for Committee members to track the Live Expense Comparison report, but also, if possible, to share this report with Owners, so that all stakeholders have a transparent view of where the Housing Society’s money is being spent. Read more about the feature here>>

Whereas Owners, and most Committee members do not need an in-depth understanding of their Housing Society’s Accounting, one should know how to check the overall finances of the Housing Society, and understand its health.
The Accounting Workshop we held sometime back, demystified Accounting and gave simple tips and tricks towards this.
