Helpdesk just got more convenient with the new update!

With this new enhancement, you can now attach up to 5 files while adding a comment — whether it’s photos, PDFs, or screenshots, everything can be shared together in one go.
Now you can share your issue with complete clarity, helping your community managers get the full picture of the issue. With better information, they can take quicker action, and your issues get resolved much faster.

We’ve got an exciting update for all communities using prepaid electricity meters!
Recharging your prepaid electricity meter is now as convenient as making your morning coffee!
Along with existing integrations with Pre-Paid Electricity Meter Providers like PES, Ripple, Neptune – ADDA is now also integrated with Elmeasure!
With this integration, along with paying maintenance dues and other community-related bills, you can also recharge your prepaid electricity meters and view your complete recharge history directly from the ADDA app.

Yet Another Enhancement in Visitor Approvals!

When a visitor arrives, you first get an approval notification on your phone. But sometimes you might miss it — maybe you’re in a meeting or want someone else at home to handle it. If the initial visitor notification is missed, an automated call goes next to you and other members of your home.
To make this process even smarter, we spoke to residents and communities across cities and explored how we could make the visitor approval flow more convenient.
We found that the most effective approach is to let you set a Primary and Secondary contact for your unit. If the app notification alert for visitor approval isn’t responded to, the first automated approval call goes to your Primary contact. If there’s no response, the next call goes to your Secondary contact, one after the other. This ensures visitors get timely approvals while also not disturbing all members of a particular apartment or villa.
