  1. Some of the owners of the apartment did not pay the maintenance charges and hence the builder is deducting the mainteance charges from the corpus fund generated by the owners of the apartment while handing over the charges to the assocation. Can they do that?

  2. i am a owner of two flat in an apartment build in 1987. the apartment was build with no car parking for each flat. but as day went on everyone has started buying cars. my question is how do we distribute the car parking there is 50% of owners are staying the entire apartment and rest 50% are teanent. some of them are parking the car for years together in the same place . now we tohave a solution as we dont have any more car park available wherein teanets wants topark their car. how do we goabout it…..thanks
