I am leaving in apartment. Builder is not ready to form of society. Pls suggest?
r socity in pune, 200 flats in our socity and builder taking money from per flat 20,000rs /1,30,000rs as per flats. we dont know ruls… plz help us
I have booked the flat in Well known township in Hinjewadi. I am not sure whether society member can formed the Society in Township or Builder has to run the apertment till up to 15 years. In Township Act is mentioned that builder can maintan the society till foresaid period. So he can charge the maintenance charges as per his wish. I have below que:
1. Can flat owners in Township form a society under society act?
2. If they dont, can flat owners object the charges claimed by builder for maintenance?
