my father is located in same house this house holder is different and my father is resident in same house from last 50 years in this house. what act to automatically change or purchase to this house in my rate or what rules to this house . i m not paid rent to anybody .
i live in a coperative society which was registered in 1997. now three different structures of the same society built on lands undertaken for development by builder are planning to get different registration numbers. is it possible without holding AGM and without discussing the balance sheet for the past two years?
what is the rules regarding charges to paid for water supply in a housing society limited..?? is it on the basis on water consumed per person, per flat or per square meter..????
